Pawpaws is the creation of 34-year-old entrepreneur Mandy Richards.

Lap of Luxury
The business opened in December 2008. The company's website notes that Australians have one of the highest levels of pet ownership in the world. Around 40% of Aussie households include at least one dog.

Comfy
Of her motivations in creating the business, entrepreneur Richards says, "Why on Earth would you have a dog if you weren't going to spoil them? They ask for so little yet give so much."
